How to onboard my Restaurant?

Simple. Click "Get Started" in the top right corner, fill in the details, and select the packages that suit your business. That's it.

Can I add different branches in Menulow?

Yes, you can add multiple branches to one account.
After logging in to your account, go to "Settings," then click on "Branch Settings," and select "Add Branch."

How can I contact customer support?

Our Dedicated support team is available via email to assist you with any questions or technical issues.

Is it cloud-based?

Our retail POS is 100% cloud-based POS system that can be accessed from any devices as long as it has a web browser anywhere, anytime. 

Do I have control over making changes?

Yes! You do. You can customise almost everything on your restaurant POS. Set how many items appear, so staff can work fast. Make changes up/down to the size and colour of buttons to match your business's style.

Will I get software upgrade?

You may automatically receive upgrades from time to time when it becomes available. With our POS systems, you will always have the most up-to-date system powering your operation. 

Can my staff make changes when they want?

Yes and No, depends on how you want it. It is always a good idea to keep your POS system safe by setting up the user restrictions for your team. Tell us how you want it and we can set it up for you, so you have control of what they can do and cannot do.
